I started working out March
5th 2018. So far in my transformation
I've noticed that it has helped a lot with my depression and anxiety. I was someone who doubted working out would
help with depression and anxiety so when professionals told me to work out for
my depression I just shrugged them off. Well it works.
I didn't start working out to boost my mood I started
working out to lose weight. So far
people have noticed weight loss in my face and toning up in my body.
A few things helping me in this journey is accountability.
I'm in a virtual accountability group and people are very motivating. I just became a life style coach and I get to
be accountable as a coach. I also am accountable to those watching my journey
on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter and my blog as well.

group in two weeks. It will consist of
nutrition information, workouts, and support.
